Small cut in 2010.
So, in 2008 we're supposed to get a 6% BHO, 7% in '09, 8% in '10. If this vote passes, we get a 5% BHO...that is what they PDF says. The numbers indicate that its
FROM THE EMAIL...

Current: $34.89 PLUS
2008 2009 2010
6% BHO 7% BHO 8% BHO
YR2 $36.98 $37.33 $37.68

Proposed:
2008 2009 2010
5% BHO 5% BHO 5% BHO
YR2 $36.98 $37.33 $37.48
Those numbers are wrong.

Real figures:
2008 - 35.00 * 5% BHO = 36.75 (DECREASE of $0.23/hr!!!)
2009 - 35.35 * 5% BHO = 37.12 (DECREASE of $0.21/hr!!!)
2010 - 35.70 * 5% BHO = 37.49 (DECREASE of $0.19/hr!!!)

I advise everyone else to check the numbers that are pertinent to them before accepting the email's spreadsheet. I don't know if it was a formula error or what. But TONY, IT's STILL A FREAKING DECREASE IN PAY FOR ME, YOU, AND A HUNK OF OTHER FOs. What did we do to deserve that? Even if it's pennies, it's pretty freaking sad.

And, I don't know what you mean by 5.66% actual BHO...looked again in the notes, didn't see any explanation or mention of this. If it's actually 5.66%, put 5.66% on the dang summary...

AND, I'm all in favor of screwing the FO that hasn't been hired yet
