You'd think that a SAPA rep such as yourself would be curious as well. Especially since you stand to gain nothing for over a year. Why not see what Mgmnt's made of? Why not try to call their bluff? What do you/we have to lose, this pay proposal, so what it's sucks! It's a small price to pay for a life time of answers. Answers that could save us heartache down the road and could propel to the level that we deserve. We have a golden opportunity to have Mgmnt put their money where their mouth is but because of pushovers like you we’ll never get to see what their intentions are and just how much they truly respect us.
