K4 pays perdiem from the previous 00:01 on the day you walk out the door to commute to work and continues perdiem until 00:00 on the day you return home. They also pay for your flight, hotel, and other necessities if your flight delays or cancels on a connection. Also 50% pay up to 5 hours of flight time on your commute.
