Only a handful of people took the COLAs. It’s like trying to put out a house fire with a few fire extinguishers, it just isn’t enough to make a significant difference. If 25% of the company took unpaid leaves, you’d have an argument. While we may be burning less than American or Delta, we are still burning cash at an unsustainable rate. The longer this goes on, the closer many companies get to either reorganization under bankruptcy or simply going out of business.
