I can almost guarantee there will be another national shut down, or at least shutdowns on large scale levels. I mean countries all over the world are seeing spikes after easing restrictions and from what I can see, most people are not following the directives we have to the T. Won’t happen. The general population doesn’t care anymore. As you can see by protests in Michigan and California, the totalitarian approach didn’t work. People want to work, go about their lives, and if they get sick they’ll get sick.
