It's still not an emotional decision for me. I (personally) get almost nothing out of this pay proposal, however others will, so I voted for it.
Again, whether it fails or passes, won't make any difference to me personally.
We have a golden opportunity to have Mgmnt put their money where their mouth is but because of pushovers like you we’ll never get to see what their intentions are and just how much they truly respect us.
Well, I don't get to be a pushover every day ! And the pilot group will make that decision, on Jan 30, at 8pm.
