SWA needs to realize that the most appealing part of their company to the pilots (and the reason they remain competitive with the big 3 even though their aircraft/destinations are not very appealing) is that they treat their employees so well.
For me, the most appealing part was company stability followed by domicile choice.
The reason we are competitive with the big three is because SWA is the largest domestic carrier.
A CJO in hand when there is no hiring is pretty useless.
