just my 2 cents from an AA guy...one of the things that was enticing for our PLOA(ERP) guys was they locked in their payrate for what they were currently on, meaning that even if they would have gotten displaced to a lower paying position in the future it didnt matter...this could be very appealing to alot of people who are staring down a bump from a widebody A position.
