Going on a limb here, but I don't see any furloughs for Delta Pilots. Possible vaccine late fall/winter along with heavy holiday bookings would preclude any furloughs. Also high numbers of retirements within the next few years puts us at an advantage. We were not overstaffed before CV19, but was looking at a shortage for busy summer season. Curious to see what the surplus/displacement brings and if any ERP later.
