Everyone is willing to take whatever they can get right NOW! I want to see some patience and negotiations! For the amount we have to gain, it is so much worth it to see what management actually thinks of our pilot group. This was not what I expected and I am disappointed. However, if ALPA were voted in it would have been much longer before any pay/QOL issues would have been voted in.

Again, it took two months to fudge some numbers around and come out with this phantom pay increase. We could get another proposal in two weeks!!!
