1-I-1 No Pilot on the Seniority List as of January 23, 2016 shall be placed on furlough on less than ninety (90) days advance written notice.
How is 120 days less than 90 days? The section that you quote says that they have to give at least 90 days. Section 7-A-1 says but not more than 120, so they can still notify people of a furlough 120 days out if that is what they want. Pilots with a furlough notice also don’t have to be trained, so it cleans up a massive displacement.
