Now, regarding furloughs, I expect a large group to get notified early Jun. if you want my guess, 2300 and I won’t go into my math. I’ll just call it an educated WAG. Such an announcement would be inside the 120 max notification restriction and at the same time relieves the company from having to train them. They stay in their current BES until 1 Oct. However, until 1 Oct they do provide a man for man protection for those senior in the displaced BES prior to a 1 Oct furlough. They are still active until furloughed.
Any additional furlough announcements can be withheld until the time necessary to meet the required notification minimum based on the pilots DOH.
And I hate even thinking much less typing these numbers. Just giving an honest assessment. I am not privy to any MEC discussions that may have happened on this topic.
I really hope my WAG is wrong.

I think you are probably right... IMO the Initial number of furloughs will be based off the Jan 23, 2016 date in the contract and occur sometime between the 120-90 day point.
One question, does anyone know the CCS seniority number for the pilot hired after this date? I was surprised that they don’t show this date on the master seniority list like they did in the past...
