So if you wanted to cause maximum confuser effort to achieve meltdown, how would we do it?
I might be wrong, but I'd think every pilot would need to bid the next lowest equipment with a long course so that it forces a long training event AND causes maximum cascading displacements down the list. IE a displaced 330 pilot bids the ER which would force ER guy to go to 73N/320, and continue down from there. If that 330 guy bid straight to the A220 or something it would cause less of a hassle for the company (less total displacements). Also maybe throw in bidding for a different base too, because maybe they'll factor in the moving costs?
I'm not advocating for any of this though, I'm just answering your question. I'm gonna bid for what I want! (To hopefully stay in my base and not get furloughed!!)
