I dont think thats the logic at all.
The shared rewards are uniformly paid. To all pilots. All employees.
there has been no proffer of compensation incentives for early retirement. So this is all a non issue.
But IF the company offered a package outside of the pwa, uniformly to ALL employees as with shared rewards precedent i think that horse has left the barn.
And if such an offer precipitated 2000 pilots to take the offer.....any mec that grieved such an event wud be recalled in a NY minit.
