Zero chance that happens. Whatever "all employees" offer they come up with, regardless of PWA/Bargaining Agent issues, there is no chance it'll be so lucrative that 2000 pilots take it. I doubt even 500, and likely less than that. For any large number to take it, it will have to be pilot specific. Liquidation is preferrable to a FA union. Or something.
