there has been no proffer of compensation incentives for early retirement. So this is all a non issue.
But IF the company offered a package outside of the pwa, uniformly to ALL employees as with shared rewards precedent i think that horse has left the barn.
And if such an offer precipitated 2000 pilots to take the offer.....any mec that grieved such an event wud be recalled in a NY minit.
Agree to disagree. A retirement program not in the pwa could absolutely be grieved and I would expect an easy win for ALPA. It’s not even in the same universe as a monthly $100 check. Whether that is a good move or not is a different story.
