Remember the idea of the EDV contract is to keep reserve levels low. You're in a weird place because there is no flying. Normally, when not operating in plague world, the reserves are there to cover sick time and the few trips not picked up, not share everything equally.
Don't confuse this weird time with a contract problem or a pilot problem. Just do the best you can boys and girls, remember it's just a weird time. One way or the other (furloughs or not) things will get back to normal.
There has not been reserve flying in more than a year, maybe two. There was no movement for that long and there was a great excuse..."waiting on growth", now there is less movement and "plague world" excuse, soon we will be back to "growth is coming"... Fact is, reserves are not flying while people at the top fly "Max Range"...sure, it's nice to get paid to sit on you butt, however I doubt many folks came here to sit instead of fly. There is no excuse for Captain having to go to their 6 month checks with 15 hours total block since their last check!
