The other side to this is our current corporate infrastructure cannot be sustained on 40 airplanes. There is a training center, multiple departments, MX hangers and all this overhead. Versus an airline like Commutair which still may be operating in a garage somewhere.

Either there will be significant restructuring or I’m afraid total insolvency if they can’t get out of things like long term leases etc and this level continues.

Also, just say we did furlough 1,000 and go down to 40 airplanes. Everyone that would be left is top of the pay scale, 4 weeks vacation, highest percent 401k match etc. XJT is in a very bad spot unfortunately.
