Yeah, but you're not expecting those guys will leave for free, are you? In order to get anybody interested you need to offer something more than SWAG points. Half the guarantee plus all bennies till age 65 is a minimum if you want any takers at all (look at AA). That's not cheap, and although helpful, it doesn't help the junior guys from furlough all that much.
