The reference is to the L-UAL long term lease that was terminated in BK before the sunset clause and voted for by about 74% of our pilots ... but not this one. My wife and I discussed a divorce/then shack up to cash it out at its peak ... but chickened out. I know some CAL types were challenged in court on the divorce/shack up move ... and they WON.

ESOP doesn't matter to me anymore so go for it. YMMV
