If so, I think that it is not true for reserve lines. Even if you deconflict your vacation from every single Rday on your reserve line with no vacation touching any Rdays, you will still have Rdays removed from your calendar on a one for one basis according to how many days of vacation you have in that month. Extending vacation will remove even more Rdays. The only way to have vacation and not use vacation hours in that month is to bid a regular line with no trips conflicting with vacation or bid secondary and reduce your vacation hours during the view/add.
