I'd vote for a reduction in guarantee. It's a self correcting concession. As soon as the customers come back it's meaningless. This would be my 4th career furlough if it gets to me. I don't wanna do it again.

Same here and I agree. It's self correcting.
The good news is that pax counts are trending in the right direction, Covid vax News is all good today, and the industry appears poised to make a recovery. Hopefully we can continue a smart, phased reopening and start complaining about meaningless crap again soon.
