ive heard they’re wanting to fail more crews on line checks and recurrent, for what reason??

also heard TG is gone... any word as to why? But heard ML is the newest one to avoid. 30% pass rate I heard. 2-hr orals for recurrent.
is this common at other airlines, to play games with people’s careers/lives? I understand if you’re not prepared, but most of us ARE prepared and professional.
