Airlines aren't furloughing for what it looks like now or the next couple weeks. They are furloughing for what they are projecting for mid 2021. All of these TSA passenger increases are already baked in to the airline numbers.
How the hell do you go from needing 1400 pilots this year to furloughing 2500?
Some of these airlines are using the same models for staffing that said we'd lose 2.2 million people in this country due to COVID-19.
