Maybe or maybe not. Many amongst our ranks are former UAL, DAL, USAirways, AA, etc. Those guys have the ultimate perspective of why you NEVER give up contract gains in order to supposedly fend off a furlough. Many of them did and then got furloughed anyway. Then the bankruptcy judge gutted their contracts.
Why start by lowering the bar at which the court will start at? How can I put this gently? STUPID!!!!
