I’m far from greedy, and don’t expect everything I want from the company. I have to say that, all things considered, I’ve been pretty happy at Mesa. I knew what I was getting into when I got here, and to be honest Mesa has exceeded my expectations.
The thing that concerns me is this “This is so cool, I’d fly for free” attitude. We all like to fly, and I understand this attitude from new hires, but it’s not good for a pilot group in the long run. At the end of the day it really is a job. Just one pilots opinion.

that’s exactly my point. In regards to our jobs we cannot afford to have individual opinions. Mesa is a family and we stick together. Not only the pilots but everyone from the interns to corporate. Think about how much everyone else sacrifices first, before thinking about how badly you have it. We’re only as strong as our weakest employees. Sadly this forum makes it easy to see who those people are
