Maybe people are ignorant to their own furlough language. I got my hands on the SWA contract so here's what I'm gleaning from it:

• 30 days notice or pay in lieu of notice
• insurance benefits continue for 5 months
• travel benefits for 24 months
• Furlough pay of 95 TFP multiplied by:
  • 0 for less than 1 year of service
  • 1 for 1-3 years
  • 1.5 for 3-4 years
  • 2 for 4-5 years
  • 2.5 for 5-6 years
  • 3 for 6-7 years
  • 3.5 for 7-10 years
  • 4.5 for 10+
