Right. What I’m saying is that after they chose not to fill them, the spots go away. It’s like the never were offered. To create those 900 spots there would have to be a new AE with the spots offered to everyone.
22.E.10., the only way spots can be filled outside of the ae process is with entry level pilots assigned to vacancies that “no pilot bid on”
