I don’t know but they had to be displaced/furloughed from some base. Since no one has been furloughed since the merger, I can only comment on this as a South Pilot. I w.ould bet most South former furloughee’s were funneled thru NYC on the way out the door. I’m sure there were other bases too but I’d guess the majority were NYC.
