OK. At f9 turns are Sr at senior bases and jr at jr bases. The best time to negotiate for something is when it doesn’t cost you money (your not doing it) and or management is trying to solve some issue (I.e pilots dequaling). Kind of reminds me of when our mec chair said why would we need min calendar day? We don’t do that type of flying. Now we do a ton of it. Just passing along info. Not looking to argue about it.
