I don't know if there is an agenda of the Emirates FOs posting on PPRuNe to drive away some possible DECs or others FOs, but I know for a fact that the success ratio on a number of company felows of mine doing the interview was between 10 to 15% for the DECs and 50% for the FOs.
As long as it is going to cost me some real money getting to Dubai with my wife, I'm really not comfortable with this percentage.
