Yeah they’ll initially be happy that they have a job and initially accept their below industry wages working one if not the toughest airline schedule in the airline industry. But they will soon ride the crew bus next to a wide body CA or FO bragging about their paycheck or their latest toys they just bought. Then they’ll see new hires get hired directly into the wide body seats as the company exploits Chapter 24. But they’ll be eligible for Passover Pay IF and only if they bid every wide body seat at 100% on the next bid.
