unfortunately they are displacing a lot of instructors in the schoolhouse...they need all the pilots they can get on the line...lot of flying(from MESA & AA) coming your way.
They can run a voluntary leave or furlough and hope only senior folks take a leave so they can pay peanuts to junior guys
