21. How do I confirm I am signed up for Assessment Check Off (ACO) to ensure this is automatically debited from my paycheck?
a. To check if you are signed up for ACO, and to find the enrollment form if you are not, follow these steps. ALPA highly recommends signing up for ACO.

1. Login to ALPA.org
2. Hover over the red "My ALPA" box on far right
3. Select "My Account" in left column
4. Select "Member Info" tile
5. Select "Account" in middle
6. Scroll down to "Payment Program Participation"
7. Look under "Assessment Check-Off"
8. Y=you are already signed up for ACO, no further action needed
9. N=you need to send in a new DCO/ACO form found here or under the Membership Resources page
Thanks, we all need to get on this.
A little trick if people don't want to mail/scan it in is to save the DCO/ACO form, open it in Adobe, then they can electronically sign it and send it....easy peasy
Did mine yesterday, saves a few minutes of Barstool sports.
