I just took an across the board 20% pay cut. Not withstanding furloughs, when everyone in the Suites takes a 20% haircut that only snaps back up when mine does.... we can talk about shared sacrifice.
As a matter of fact, what ever employee has taken the largest pay cut by percentage... should be the baseline for every manager. Until I see that implemented with zero executive bonuses, they can pound sand. It’s how NWA saved their pensions.
