using that logic....the germans were absolved of their nazi history with the election of willy brant that same year i guess.

I was alive for the election in 64.

And the Watts riots down the street from us a year later.

Another case of a democrat mayor. A democrat govenor. Police brutality. And resulting riots and destruction.
