I feel like we are getting something in return, more revenue and more flying done by SWAPA pilots, yes it’ll go senior premium but that means they will hit cap like they probably would and there would be more for everyone else, doesn’t matter how you cut it there’s more flying done by our pilot group and improved job security with more revenue streams.
