How many of those 60+ guys who have 1600 tfp sick bank willing to give the company all that money to retire? They could easily call in sick for every trip and not work for 1.5 yrs and get full pay. Hopefully more guys see the mistake of carrying a huge sick bank as they get older.
If they were willing to use it they already would have. They’re leaving 1600tfp on the table either way.
