I'd be surprised if it's not way more on both counts. But there's no way of knowing. If I were 60 and no longer had to endure the commute many folks have, could get insurance until Medicaid availability and had a decent amount in the 401k I'd check that box and never come back to work. It's a pretty generous offer.
I'm tentatively planning on bidding on a very long paid vacation.
