WIN-WIN for everyone are voluntary furlough mitigation measures; company gets less people/payroll, union says we did our part, and we the line pilots control the outcome; we can “save” as many furloughs that we as a group have the fortitude to do so; and we control the cost to our own bottom lines, and most importantly, the UPA remains in force, intact, untouched.
