Other than CV or riots and civil craziness, Any advise on where to start real estate investing possible vacation spots for potential eventual living or rental income? Maybe in HI or MIA or Another beach destinations. Is there a good way to learn the legal tax side of running AirBNBs part time rentals or possible Crashpad? Do you start with an LLC? Any ideas profit v time invested verse other investing or pure gambling? Any tax benefits or more of a hassle? I could start while furloughed then convert to a side business later.
