Forrest Fenn's Treasure Officially Found!
Wasted many an hour discussing this with fellow pilots whilst travelling over the Rocky Mountains. Was it real, was it fake, was it a hoax, was it found but not disclosed?
Fantastic little story for those who've been watching this for years. The guy was legendary. Probably a trader in now illicit indigenous people's artifacts, gave a giant finger the US Gov when they wanted to tax and/or jail him for it. All of the clues were in a poem in a book he wrote called "The Thrill of the Chase".
(Not so good for those of us planning on that being our retirement backup. Guess I'll have to find the Lost Dutchman Mine in Arizona now)
