Our family was blown away, a 78 year old with TWO of the dangerous pre-existing conditions had no idea she even had the virus. Oddly enough, my grandpa who quarantines with her, does not have it. Be careful, a lot of common cold viruses are other corona viruses, which can cause you to show 'positive' on an antibody test, even though you haven't had THE corona virus. As far as I know, nobody knows if having antibodies from a lesser coronavirus would help with immunity to COVID19 (you'd think that'd be a great thing to research...), but that's why health officials aren't overly excited about the antibody tests, even thought they tend to be faster, easier, and cheaper to administer.
