It gets messy when seniority lists combine and DOH no longer means much. I suppose you could list it via DOH but when DOH doesn’t relate to the issue, an easy to digest number would be how many years a person has been employed at a company. It looks like 15-16ish years to hold Captain at United in the current displacement.
