I still firmly believe management is using this MOAD to garner up more EO takers when it comes out. See what you’ve got left, cancel MOAD or have a new AE come out, and UNA numbers get reduced from what they were on MOAD. It’s a crisis, “never let a crisis go by,” this is a leverage chip towards the union too. Give us relief (wherever they can get it that saves a penny) and we won’t hurt your pilot group too much. Whether they are chicken little or not, they believe the sky is falling and are trying to leverage it on every angle.

With all that said, I believe the earliest we have new hires on property would be 3rd quarter 2022 with little or no furloughed. With large furloughs I have to agree with who said 4 years. At least 3rd or 4th quarter 2023 is my guess.
