I just checked the December bid... the lines were not in IND, only SBN or EVV. And it was a rotating 4/2 schedule. ie 4 AM shifts, 2 days off, 4 PM shifts 2 days off, etc.

There is no "extra" work involved. There are no flight attendants to brief the pax, and no one else to tidy up the plane after the pax get out. But when you're not flying, you are pretty much free to grab a bite or sit in the crew room and read the paper. Without a cockpit door you sure can't do it enroute!
