If you are a new hire and get junior manned to the 700 you can bid back to the two hundred as far as i know. Looks like the ATR will start becoming more junior on the FO side around march with a bunch of guys going to the 700. the latest ATR captain award was #1202 so the captain side is extremely junior now.
Jr Manned from the CR2 to the CR7, does that mean you'll get 150% pay when you fly the CR7 per you JM policy? LOL!
