I see total numbers of those who have or have had coronavirus going up, as testing becomes more widely available, new cases coming down, despite that more widespread testing, and deaths coming down, as that more available testing detects mostly milder or asymptomatic cases that probably wouldn’t have qualified for testing at all under the earlier criteria.
