Not sure why they can’t be responsible and still go out. Also I don’t know anyone that’s testing for this. The two local testing sites have packed up and closed a while ago where I live.
Actually, if you look at fatalities per million citizens, we're about the middle of the pack. UK, Italy, and Spain are off the hook. If we took New York (and Cuomo's idiocy of sending infected patients to nursing homes) and counted only half of their number, our FPM is lower than most countries.
