Just off Mil Leave and first post here that I recall since 2008ish so catching up. I can find IATA forecasts for recovery to Pre-Covid levels that are out into 2022 but not industry predictions for US domestic. Aviation Week has numbers but they are quotes from the Delta CEO and they are in the 2-4 year range. Has anyone found industry numbers for recovery time not from airline management for domestic US travel?
